i have no idea how he can hide actually hurting everyday people.... everyday, and the idiots who voted him in won't turn on him. this ia the first time i cab say the president, and his policies have hit me personally, and in real time.

Because gas price volatility has nothing to do with the President. If the dollar tanks, like in 2008, and oil prices rise that is on the President and monetary policy.
Last year we hit critical supply capacity for oil and temporary negative prices to cover storage. Gas prices were going to be low until supply normalized. Wait until people start driving and traveling again this summer and watch prices go up even more.

I listened to an in interview recently with a former oil company exec and he said Beijing Joe’s policies and overall anti fossil fuel stance is in fact having an effect on gas prices. He didn’t say all of the increase is Beijing’s fault, but he did say he’s contributing to it.

High gas prices are essentially a Dictator Index. Many countries with terrible governments like Saudi Arabia and Iran fund huge portions of their military budgets with oil revenue. When gas prices are high, you can expect to see arrogant world leaders.
