I think this is genius on his part because it splits the Dem base in half, but I actually fully support anyone and everyone doing anything they can to keep a socialist out of our nation's highest office.

Brilliant. Turn Bernie supporters away from the rest of the crazies, and even if it doesn't mean supporting Trump, it likely means his supporters not voting for whoever the candidate may be. Being fricked over once was probably bad enough to some of them but again being thrown in the trash by the DNC? Joke's on them.

He's not defending Bernie, he is sowing dissent in his enemies in order to weaken them before he crushes their souls.
