I'm not sure what you mean. President Trump said the Houthis "capitulated" which many here are interpreting as the Houthis have given up fighting all together.
From what Oman said the agreement was only that we agreed not to bomb them after they agreed not to attack our ships.
Anyhow, when asked about the "source" of the agreement, he declined to answer. Why not clear that up?
No one really knows what the agreement is based on the President's confusing words:
