If they have time for this, they have time for the time change bill.

while that may be true, certainly, I would tend to agree with Senator Jordan (as an example) that the MULTITUDE of current anti-discriminatory laws cover this well
for instance, this law would create some real possible headaches for landlords and others as it could be argued that you denied someone based on HAIRSTYLE and that is now discrimination....pandora's box as they say

There is no dress code policy that prohibits any cornrow or any other method of wearing of the hair," superintendent Greg Poole said at the time. "Our policy limits the length. It's been that way for 30 years."
This is just black people not wanting to follow rules once again and everything is about their race.
Ask a white sude to pull his hair up and put a hair net on, no problem. Ask a black dude to put his hair up and cover with a hair net, racist.
They both have long hair, they both should follow the rules.

I'm hoping you're being sarcastic?
With lawyers in californication suing on behalf of clients who: spilled coffee in her lap while driving because the coffee was hot; the guy who became a lard-azz because of Oreo cookies; to mention as couple...
Frivolous Lawsuits
Crazy is the norm, especially in areas where 3 out of 5 commercials are some ambulance chaser wants your business to sue and/or seek damages for anything and everything, such as the law offices of Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe....
