I think there was tampering before and during the election. The extent to which it occurred with the tallying of votes is anyone’s guess. To prove it would require extraordinary evidence, which hasn't materialized. I doubt it was even necessary at that point because the work had already been done with the mail-in voting process and ballot harvesting.
Mail-in voting should have never been allowed. If not for that, Trump wins in an unquestionable landslide.

No. Not in the sense that they were put over the top by dead people voting or software algorithms.
However, the China Virus gave them the opportunity to change mail-in voting rules. This allowed unprecedented vote harvesting that was probably partially illegal, but more of a misdemeanor than anything very nefarious. It's sort of like speeding - it's illegal, but everyone does it.
No way the Democrats win without that.
