They responded via the WSJ within approximately 6 hours of finding out about the issue. They warned the owner to fix it.

They hardly needed a "groundswell".

They pulled the franchise today.

I would say that is excellent corporate response.

Having ice vehicles parked around their building probably wouldn’t be good for business. They have a right to do as they see fit, after all this is America , for the time being anyway.

Any person over 12 that relies on social media to form intelligent opinions or draw conclusions is a half-wit.


I clicked on this board and was hoping to see some intelligent responses to what really is a non-issue and was resolved by Hilton in around 24 hours. Their response was quick, decisive, and left no room for doubt.

Honestly, the OP was embarrassing enough, and while there were a few measured, logical responses, there was a lot of pearl-clutching stupidity.

I'll leave ya'll to it, carry on
