that's funny as hell. I hope she gets locked up and gets her arse whipped in jail everyday
If she went to jail she would run the prison because she would still have a secret service detail protecting her

If Hillary is who they are after, then they'll give Pagliano immunity to prosecution and he can't take the 5th.

He will be asking the Justice Department for an indictment or charges against Clinton IT guy Bryan Pagliano, for Contempt of Congress for failure to appear when summoned.
She has a lot of fricking nerve with her "3-0" tweet. This is the canary in the coal mine.
I bet she shuts the frick up now.

They already gave him immunity with no quid pro quo, this was the most corrupt investigation ever.
Didn't this already happen with multiple witnesses? They were handing out immunity deals like candy.

I'm not sure if they gave out 'limited immunity' or 'full' but your question is legit.

They both need to be in jail. Pagliano's mistake was he thought hillary would be elected and thus he would be protected.
That could apply to a lot of people including Clinton's personal attorneys to whom she gave access to her 60,000 State Department E-mails.
They violated, oh I love this, her attorneys can swing under this:
USC 18 s. 793(g)
"(g) If two or more persons conspire to violate any of the foregoing provisions of this section, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be subject to the punishment provided for the offense which is the object of such conspiracy."
That is from the Espionage Act.
USC 18 s. 793(f)
(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
When the e-mails that Clinton DID turn over under subpoena to Congress were examined, TWO THOUSAND contained classified information, which was improperly viewed by her fancy attorneys.

You wanna talk about a win win.... Hillary indicted and possibly convicted and then pardoned by Trump
Trumps supporters are going to stick with him no matter what, but him pardoning the hag would earn him some favorability with the middle left.

I would bet you that Hillary Clinton has not opened a car door or driven a car since Bill became attorney general of Arkansas. She has had state troopers, secret service, whomever, to do that.
I want to see her face when she has to live in the real world.

So did Reid. Although Reid was much much smarter in that he managed to be explicit and yet never say he actually 'knew' anything.

Agree because to be pardoned they're going to have to actually have some sort of show trial or at least formal investigation beyond the level of congressional oversight. If that investigation finds something and she isn't at least tried, a lot of the left aren't down with her and while she does have some die hards, most care about the rule of law.
Now if it did ever come down to an investigation or even a trial, be aware the cries of "what about Trump, Russia. Why is Chaffetz such a useless pussy" etc will be louder than ever and the Clintons might even be holding something back on dirty Donald.

Pagliano is toast and no matter what he was compelled by law to appear and failed to do so. I hope they lock him up and let him get what he deserves.

Since I doubt anybody here has inside sources at that level, can you link this? I'm interested in the theories, because his involvement seems much more plausible than others.
Flynn leaks were either pence or Preibus. I am going with Preibus.
