He will be asking the Justice Department for an indictment or charges against Clinton IT guy Bryan Pagliano, for Contempt of Congress for failure to appear when summoned.
He is guilty and the Fifth won't save him, but if he cuts a deal and rolls on Hillary..the feces can still hit the fan for her.

Pagliano is toast and no matter what he was compelled by law to appear and failed to do so. I hope they lock him up and let him get what he deserves.

It's interesting that Schumer predicted these leaks back in early January ... that he knew already that they were happening.

They both need to be in jail. Pagliano's mistake was he thought hillary would be elected and thus he would be protected.
