Hey white people.... Quit spoiling your damn kids.

I just spoke with yet another millennial white kid that goes to school "helped out" by mommy and daddy. This kid(22-yo kid) turned down $12,000 over the summer to work at TACO BELL just so he can stay in town for a few months.
He happily jumped at the opportunity to do the exact same job for the exact same pay here in Arizona, even though it is much more difficult here due to the heat. I have already hired my fill for here, so his option was to have paid travel and room and board provided in a cooler climate.
Nope. TACO BELL to stay by mommy and daddy. This is a trend among white students at all major University campuses and even smaller schools.
Contrast that with some candidates I hired at a couple of HBCUs in North Carolina. These guys jumped at the opportunity, with "I don't care where I work, wherever you need me." Speaking with one of their moms(my customer now), she is thrilled that her kid has the opportunity to work with us and for that kind of pay.
White folks, your kids are fricking soft. They will be the undoing of our freedoms, as they are too lazy and impotent to defend it.

ETA: Coddling people results in the same shite over time, no matter who does it. Well-to-do white kids are becoming as soft and lazy as the people on the government dole. Over time it is having a negative effect. College age kids now have the mentality of high schoolers 20 years ago... only it's really expensive and they get indoctrinated by liberals in their laziness.
That's the point of the OP... other populations have stayed consistent. The white kids are getting visibly worse.

When your NC hires can work at a dairy for 14 hours a day, 6 days a week over the summer come talk to me baw.
When your NC hires can work 12-14 hours a day in concrete work for 7 months before going to college come talk to me.
I will put my 19 Year old up against anyone and he will be working when yours had called Uncle.
However, you aren't completely wrong, but it doesn't just happen among whites my man.

Only thing that matters is that it's the same job in each location with the same pay.
Mommy and Daddy are footing the bill for tuition. The kid has no regard for the fact that he is a burden on his parents to the tune of many thousands of dollars.
