In all honesty, 2 things would do it. First happens in a couple days.
1) Archer spills the beans as retribution on the Biden Mob. He testifies as early as Monday.
2) The link some/all payments to a Joe Biden bank account.
Highly doubt any legal action would be taken regarding money laundering as the limitation is 5 years.
If money laundering, which obviously occurred, to anyone with a brain in their head can see, via Hunters own text messages regarding giving half his income to his father...
He'll either resign or be removed via impeachment. I went and tried to see what dem senators would vote for removal, and it would be close.
FYI, the reason they took almost 5 years to bring two misdemeanor charges on hunter was almost 100% to run out the clock on money laundering charges. If you go back and listen to the exchange that Comer had yesterday at the very end of the hearing, the 2nd IRS agent specifically mentions money laundering without any prompt from Comer.

But seriously, you're right. When they ask him to step aside for Newsom, he can either go willingly and keep his millions in corrupt generational wealth, or he can fight them and they'll give him the full "Trump treatment" and maybe even "suicide" a certain offspring of his. Right. The issue that appears to have the most traction is the Burisma investigation. Biden publicly bragged about this, and Trump got impeached for asking about it. I mean half of Washington is completely exposed.
