Funny how some of these trial lawyers have NEVER set foot in a courtroom for their auto collision personal injury clients.

My ex handled large liability claims for Aetna's Houston office. She never spoke with an attorney when negotiating settlement with any attorney that advertised. Paralegals handled it all. They were the easiest to dupe into lower settlements.

I’m sure all these honest hack job lawyers are tripping over themselves to snitch on their fellow shite lords.

If you support tort reform, that's fine I can understand that, but I will never understand the "Muh Billboards and TV ads are driving up at insurance cost!"

What pisses people off is the constant, in-your-face, reminder that these useless d-bags are making a ton of cash bilking everyone, while adding absolutely no value to society.

The purpose of tort was to perform a regulatory function within the private sector. It has morphed into a huge grotesque rent-seeking enterprise.

That's a damn good sign Louisiana is a trashy arse state.

Commerce is a sign the state is trashy? If it wasn’t Louisiana lawyers, it would be Mississippi casinos.

I’m all for landowners getting a little income from a sign that won’t ever bother him.

Lol I know how insurance works. My point is, I haven’t had any accidents or tickets in several years. As such, I have a reasonable insurance rate that has never gone up. That girl who caused an accident will probably have hers go up. We all have to buy insurance but not everyone suffers from that accident/Injury/lawsuit
Clearly, you don't understand. Whether your insurance goes up or not based on driving history is not where the impact of trial leeches is contained. You are paying an unnecessarily high base rate for your annual premium compared to other states.
