The horses have blinders on so the police can force them to run over people. A well trained horse won’t run people over like that. And see how skittish the horses are? (Video) And it looks like once one of them realized a person was there he tried to avoid them with his back legs.

I has been watching this live for hours before this attack. Before this there has been a system the police used where about every half hour or so they move their police line up so many yards. No one was physically attacking the police, but were peacefully backing up each and every time. The most common things heard were "Why are you doing this", "We love you", and other leaders telling the protestors to protest peaceful and if arrested lay flat and dont fight back.
This system had been going on for multiple hours when out of no where that calvary of horses came from the side and just charged over the front of the crowd through the small gap where the police were. Well there is snow and a lot of distractions and for them to just charge the horses through there was gross negligence. The people were caught by surprised and multiple were trampled.
One elderly lady with a wheeled walker (some have tried to say was a bicycle) was brought to a hospital and some news sources (google them) have claimed she died though the family or state has not released an obituary.

Its hard to say with 100% as the state has bottled up info on her injuries, and only released a rumor that was never followed up with evidence of her being alive. There are small time news agencies reporting her death like this one.

Any violence from the protesters side needs to be after the protest have completely disbanded.
