Not sure what this means but Trump has only nominated one person so far for a federal judgeship. He has many more to go.

I don't think he has appointed any federal judges this time around. Don't know If there are any vacancies. The Republican Congress should get to work on adding federal judge positions. This legislation was all set to go during the Biden administration.

That's what I am saying. He is having issues with these judges, why is he not putting in his in those positions already?

Impeachment is the only way to replace a sitting federal judge.

What happened to the justices of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals after Lincoln, (via Congress), abolished the court? I can't find anything on whether any were reassigned.
