No, but ensuring people have affordable access to health care is not only the moral/ethical thing to do, it's also logical in order to keep your populace as productive as possible for as long as possible.

if that is "your" opinion and how "you" feel then "you" should give money to charities and businesses that do that and not force your ideas/ideologies on others. That is an infringement upon the fundamental law of this universe known as free will. When you do that, it is only a matter of time before it gets rejected en masse.

Every ideology based on government force to take care of everyone has failed. It is not a coincidence.

Sorry. I thought you supported ObamaCare and just didn't like ACRA or whatever it is being called, because it was coming from the GOP.

MY apologies if I had you pegged wrong.

Can we just redefine moral/ethical like the left does?

You do realize "affordable" is a subjective term thus nullifying your argument, right?

After obamacare you had alot of hardworking middle class people deciding whether to pay for heathcare (large deductible not kicked in) paying for health insurance premium (greater than house & car note combined) or paying for other necessities.

The system cannot continue to be balanced on the back of hardworking Americans with families.

Also some learned to game the system under obamacare to qualify for subsidies

Not a fair or workable system.

And the fix is simple; make it legal to buy the shite like any other commodity.

Are you trying to say that the best doctors in the world are found at charity hospitals?

A large percentage of charity hospitals are tied to medical schools/teaching programs. The care is actually pretty good to outstanding in many such centers.

So while it is true that some charity hospitals do not have an abundance of manpower/resources, it is not correct to assume that all charity care is substandard.

Agree, if health care is a right that we the people are footing the bill, shouldn't we the people have the right to say what those who benefit from it, put in their bodies, or any hazardous hobbies they may have.

The "preventive medicine for the masses costs less in the long run" canard trotted out by Hussein has been thoroughly debunked.

There ya go. The one in our parish is very good and provides medical, dental, psychological and even operates a school based health care clinic. They receive millions in federal dollars every year.

Well the bill does away with the employer mandate. There will always be unskilled laborers, they are needed. They don't deserve health care?

Why don't you become a doctor and give them all free health care then?
