Yes, yes it does! First time I ever saw a corrugated metal cargo container converted into a living space for someone. Complete with window A/C unit. In Oahu, close to the Pacific Cemetery/Punchbowl. Horrible.

The full text is even dumber than the excerpt. It says that the SCOTUS in Miller ruled that individuals don't have a right to keep and bear arms because they determined a ban on weapons that would not be suitable for military application was constitutional. JFC.
