And I don't mean like the Dems saying they will move to Canada if Trump is elected but I mean retiring somewhere cheaper to live and GTFO because things will only get worse here.

I have had discussions with my wife about moving to Indonesia which is her home country. She still owns a nice house in Jakarta but she hasn't lived there in 16 years so she is a little hesitant about going back. The cost of living is what is attractive to me. That and weekend flights to Bali are like $75.

It all sounds great in theory but I am sure giving up some of the conveniences of the USA would be a hard adjustment at first. That and leaving family here would be the two hardest parts for me.

Regardless of current trajectory the US is still the best place in the world to live for a freedom loving conservative.

Yet it never makes the top list due to crime and cost

Last I read I think Portugal was ranked the best place to live when considering all aspects.

My GF is from South America (no pics- she is a Latina and would cut my wee-wee off if I shared). We plan on moving south when our kids become adults.

So yeah. Just will be a handful of years first.

You can make a ranking come out however you want based on what criteria you use.

You believe in gun ownership?
Freedom of speech?
Ability to speak against government without being imprisoned?
Low Tax rates?
Ability to own land and houses at a reasonable cost?

Portugal ain’t gonna be on top of that list my friend.

Many times. I have actually interviewed for jobs overseas. Came pretty close to taking one in Southeast Asia back in 2018.

No.

All those countries that you’re considering (sans Poland) are fricked if America is fricked.

Poland might be fricked too due to all the cucked fricked countries around it.

No.

I don’t fault the ones who do.

I guess just my own feeling is this is my home and I’m not going to permit the communists to make me flee it.

If Texas goes, America goes

If America goes, the world goes

I don't see much point in leaving

Besides, Indonesia is 86% Muslim. If I did leave, it would not be to go there.

Yea that is my biggest concern as well. Part of why my wife left and never looked back.

What makes you think the Marxists won't go there too?

If America falls, the free world falls.

They have to be stopped here.

I wouldn't want to be in Asia over the next few decades as far as geopolitical turbulence.
