My point was about uniform markings. Your response is about don’t break the law. I’ll keep retorting does it bother you & to answer you “innocent until proven guilty”.

whats painfully obvious is that you're an immature idiot.

by all means resist arrest...that's gonna work out great for you!

i'll bet you're a real hit with the ladies!

Did you forget to tell the officers this important bit of info before being put in handcuffs?

Yes, I ran a red light in Metairie and was pulled over by an unmarked. He was not pleased.

Got pulled over one night in highschool. They were actually looking for some kids that had been vandalizing houses. We were just going from one friend's house to another and a car started following us. We finally got spooked and started driving to the police station and they finally flashed lights at us right before we got there. They split the 4 of us up to get our stories and we were polite, answered their questions, and they let us go on our way....

Flashing blue lights are flashing blue lights. A man wearing a police uniform getting out of an unmarked car is no different than a policemen in uniform getting out of a car that says police.

Why would I start a post about a POS senator?

You decided to start a BS thread and you got shredded. Live with it. For once, take responsibility for your ignorance and be better.

Because you put the effort to say they had markings. A US Senator said they didn’t. You never provided video showing camo with markings

My ignorance was arguing with dumbshits like you. Those that actually posted experience being stopped by unmarked-I thank them & it helps understand the situation. As much as your type says don’t break the law or go quietly I doubt you have no tickets or would allow yourself to be detained without proper identification.

I have no problem with the way they are arresting these criminals.

The constitution allows the right to assemble if peaceful. It does not allow you to block highways, it does not allow you to block any road, it does not allow you to graffiti, it does not allow you to pull over statues, it does not allow you to throw things at cops, it does not allow you to, well you get the idea.

The continued protests going on in these cities are almost all illegal protests. And frankly, I am just tired of it.

I don't want bands of people walking around looking to beat someone up if they disagree with them or have them block roads. I don't want people tagging some government building or monument. My money built that, don't freaking destroy it. I don't want people destroying private property or looting.

And if the easiest way to get these people is to legally identify them and arrest them in a van, I am all for it. Find the idiot who is inciting violence. Find the idiot who threw a rock at the police. Find the idiot who spray painted the courthouse. Find the idiot who looted. Use video, find them and arrest them. Federally. And charge them. And keep them in jail.

The idiocy of the left thinks that they should be able to do whatever they want as long as they claim it is for some deep ethical issue.

That is not the case. Honestly, these kids have been coddled their whole lives. They are looking for shite validate their existence, because they are still living home after getting their basket weaving degree or degree in interpretive dance. I understand that a phd in gender studies may not actually prepare you to do anything in the world other than teach other people this nonsense.

Not my problem. Break the law face the consequences. I wonder if a couple of these guys start getting held without bail and have the possibility of serving a ten year sentence will kinda suddenly get these protest back under control.

In an actually a democratic city I am aware of, they allowed protests the first night, and they turned violent and looting occurred. The next morning the Mayor said he was very disappointed in the behavior and would not stand for lawlessness and looting or destruction of property. But would protect the people to peacefully protest.

Well it turned violent again, and the police rained hell down on them and got them off the streets.

The next night, he said you can protest up until 7 pm and them you will be arrested because of a curfew. Well guess what happened to a bunch of them protesting after the curfew? They were arrested. And there was no violence.

Guess what happened the next day?

They protested in legally allowed ways peacefully and followed the curfew. The curfew was held in place a few more days and that was that.

They have let these idiots run the city. Well the act of regaining control of a city once you lost total control is always harder than if you just maintained control rather than hope that people would burn themselves out.

This is sport for them. Abuse the police and have nothing happen to them. Well they will not think it is sport if they get thrown in jail and face real time and real bail.

And unmarked law enforcement officers here are doing nothing illegal.

And finally, and this is really key here, there are almost certainly police in your city in regular old PLAIN clothes.

I wonder if there was a name for those police.

I think since they are not wearing a uniform and are instead wearing regular or plain clothes, we call them regular clothes police officers. No, that doesn't have the zing.

How about plainclothes police?

So, you are now thinking something that has been done for decades in every major city in the country is some kind of issue?

Please explain why.

A undercover cop once asked us to stop smoking weed at a LSU tailgate. It wasn't in my hand at the time he approached us so technically I wasn't at risk. That's all I got.

looong time ago and i was very young...
had a guy step out in the road and stop me...
it was a side road in a subdivision on the westbank as you cut through to go to home depot..
guy walked up and was in uniform...

must not have liked people cutting through the neighborhood past his house..

gave me a ticket...17 in a 15 mile zone....

after he gave me the ticket he went back to sit on his lawn chair in his front yard with his radar gun...

not sure what i would do in that situation now????

The arresting agency said they had markings and there are multiple videos of their badges on their shoulders, dumbass.

So wait, you want somebody to convince you that you’re wrong now? You’ll actually listen? So go ahead and agree you’ll admit to being a POS when proven wrong from pics or video and we will gladly send you the link.

I’m pretty sure nobody here was arrested or detained by an unmarked LEO while performing acts for Antifa. You’ve tied this all back to the Portland Antifa arrest. Nobody can relate to that on this board and give you piece of mind so you can sleep peacefully at night. Dumbass.

I haven’t been stop by unmarked car but I’m happy as hell the people in Portland dead. Only thing that would’ve made me happier is if the police officers getting out of the car were actually wearing storm trooper helmets from Star Wars
