2 threads on this? Today? Why?

Pbhog saw the other one, and thought we wouldn't notice if he started this one but rather that we'd think he came up with an "original" idea for a post.

We'll call it our New Gangrene Deal.

its actually The New! New! Net Neutrality Act.

We're combining internet speed regulation with pre-existing medical conditions. While 3/4 of the country will be dead, the rest will be super healthy with killer Netflix

When you get rid of a tumor, what do you replace it with?

Who gives a shite?

If something great is created, you and your ilk will destroy it, then blame those that created it.

I remember the Supreme Court ruling it constitutional multiple times

The part of ACA that coerced states into expanding Medicaid with the threat of losing Medicaid funding was indeed found unconstitutional.

They have been offering comprehensive alternatives since 2009 but the great socialist precurser to Trump ignored them all and Mitch wouldn't budge on filibuster rules before Nancy took back the house so here we all are. In truth, the lesson of Obamacare is probably again that major social legislation shouldn't be unilaterally imposed without some bipartisanship/support from the 'other' side.

As long as the republicans run on the success of pre Obama care

I paid $200 a month for a family of four and had a kid for less than 1k out of pocket in early 2009.

The same plan cost $800 with Obama care and my deductible went up.

It’s an anecdotal story but it’s mine, bro.

Not sure. I guess we could go back to what we had when I had more coverage and paid less. That could be a start.

I used to think this way, now I realize that savers are fricked in the American Dollar economy. fricked by design. Your answer to this huge issue belongs in a pre federal reserve system era.

Meh. Give people the unfettered right to contract and the problem will be 90 percent fixed.

With republicans wanting to totally get rid of the Aca, what is their replacement plan?

Have you ever heard of sending a 3/4 ton wrecker to clean up a train wreck? It's hard to fix a disaster!

Asking what you are going to replace ACA with is like asking what OTHER type of cancerous tumor you want to get installed when you get the original one removed

Exactly.
