DeSantis hasn’t done anything but endorse Trump, and return to Florida to resume notching wins. Trump can’t handle the comparison, and obviously believes that RDS is not sucking up enough to him. Either that, or RDS has PAC money that Trump wants, and RDS said no.
Or all of the above.

He sees DeSantis as a threat even though he's not in the race.
No one else can appear successful as leads to comparisons that he doesn't want. He's the most narcissistic person on the planet.
And Trump likely has ideas about keeping control of the party one way or another beyond the next few years and DeSantis certainly throws a wrench in that.
