Has POTUS Trump been able to make any recess appointments in his 2nd term of office?

If he has not been able to then why not? Isn't there a GOP House and Senate? Obama had 32, Bush had 171, and Clinton made 139 recess appointments. Heck, Reagan appointed 232 through recess. Biden had none because he took recess appointment literally and would take naps.

Of course, we all remember when SCOTUS slapped Obama down by ruling against him on recess appointments. Is that what is stopping POTUS Trump?

I don't recall any being permitted by the Senate in his first term either.

He needs to adjourn Congress based on his constitutional powers and make it happen. Article II Section 3 says he can do this when there are disagreements between House and Senate with respect to times for adjournment.

Do it and let the courts sort it out.

Cause the "leaders" keep resetting the timing by not letting the 10 days get hit. They are doing it by some stupid meeting being set up by some kind of an aide.

Johnson/Thune really are a pair of bastards.
