Trump 2023 is not the same as Trump 2016. Trump 2016 was a candidate of ideas: ideas no one had talked about since Ross Perot, and most importantly, he was the first and only candidate to side-step the "noise" issues. After 2020, Trump became the noise issue.

You'd be correct. I've never owned a bump stock and have no need for one. Same goes for pistol braces.
But, I'm not a simpleton and can view the issue beyond my personal stake on a particular talking point within it.
