He probably didn't. But what can we glean from this?

I haven't read all 7 pages and don't intend to. I was just curious why a tv personality asking an acquaintance a question in a field he was knowledgeable about was such a big deal?

Point out what laws were broken for me.

you're a dang hack bro...

Hannity is opinion piece yes, but he at least investigates things, challenges guest and then gives his opinion.

whatever man...I don't like him because he repeats things over and over but most conservatives tend to agree with most of his takes...we just don't like his hackery

This whole topic is like what Gertrude Stein said about Oakland...

Oh no, I have watched Hannity before.

Will I be investigated?

It has reached that level of absurdity.

The conflict of interest part probably

If say Keith Olberman criticized an investigation for looking into Bill Clinton's women handler , people would be justifiably outraged if Keith had ties to the handler

If Hannity had made it known early on he was connected, even if insignificant amount, to Cohen then none of this would be a big deal

Think we can get Judge Kimba Wood to force Sean to change his intro song from that abortion "THIS IS HOW WE ROOOOLLLOOOLLOOLLOLLLOOOOOOOOOooooooOOoooOOoooooOO' shite? That is the most horrible crap on the radio and he freaking loves it.

It's only a big deal in the sense that IT IS frickING HILARIOUS.

Sean "I love some feet" Hannity had Cohen pay some woman off, and we're about to find out all about his perversions.

It's also funny as shite to see Trump's chief defender get outed so publicly as in the bag.

Didn't read the whole thread, what women did Hannity pay off, and what for?

Not necessarily. Whether you have many clients or just one (and even if you are an in-house attorney), you still must act and communicate on truly legal matters in a manner consistent with an attorney representing his/her client for the privilege to attach.

I've seen examples of where courts invalidated the privilege when they concluded that lawyers acted and communicated more like project managers or business advisors than as attorneys.

Further to your largely correct point, the fact of representation has never been privileged. It is the content of the communications that are privileged, not their existence.

Lets back track to how all this got started

Michael Cohen Temporary Restraining Order..............DeeeeeeNIED
A federal judge rejected a request from President Donald Trump and his personal lawyer Michael Cohen for a temporary restraining order that would have kept federal prosecutors from reading files seized in raids last week.
