It’s “brutal” for young people because you are largely lazy as crap with no measurable meaningful skills. I see it every day in the healthcare industry. Won’t work on weekends, expect senior level pay with no meaningful experience, and are uncoachable. You want something for minimal effort. My dad worked 2-3 jobs as a kid to provide with no healthcare coverage and I have done the same many times in my life. Is your generation too good for that? We both know the answer
