Okay. It didn’t. Hospitals don’t need some over seeing panel to order things. They have a long history of doing so and have well established infrastructure and pathways. None of this actually matters because the virus, which was rated low to mid level, never was the threat they made it out to be. Everything they did was to create maximum fear, including bastardizing the statistics for reasons that have nothing to do with a virus spread. They tricked you, they used you, and they plotted against you. It’s been 4 years and you haven’t realized this
