Technically anyone on Title 10 status is only "off-duty" when on leave or pass.

Political stunts in uniform are a big no-no regardless of status whether it is SAD, Title 32 or Title 10...
Also, if they are in D.C. on a Title 10 status, then there is no such thing as "off duty"...

Many thanks. It appears that Georgia has some issues with their representatives. I do like the smarmy use of the graphics while Anderson reveals the footage. Well done. Would love to have that version of CNN again. The world would be a better place.
