Not when you win Ohio by 8+ points and consistently polled in the lead there since September pretty well even when the polls were biased in favor of Hillary. RCP average was Trump +2. It was +8 on election day.
It was an 11 point swing from 2012 when they voted Obama. Ohio voted for Trump more than they voted against Hillary.

Trump lost the primary in Ohio and consistently polled behind everyone not named Hillary. He won Ohio because he wasn't Hillary, not because he was Trump.

Nope. "ABC" was the joke going around before Trump was even considered a serious candidate. Voters stuck to that.
Anecdotally, nearly everyone I know made comments about their votes along the lines of "I don't like Trump, but Hillary is terrible."

This is the primary map. A lot of white working class that voted for Kasich that also voted for Trump in the primary.
Bush couldn't get past 5% in Ohio in 2 tries. Trump blew past that. Ohio voted for Trump more than they voted for Hillary. Period.
Oh and you're ignoring the trend that Ohio has gotten redder and redder than normal in recent years.

Nope, those kind of states are Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania that loathed Hillary and you could see that in the close margins. Hillary had turnout failure in those 3 states and thus lost the election because of it.
The ABC states were Wisky, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
