Wait...we were assured yesterday that Rand Paul was the worst for doing exactly the same as Sen. Johnson.

Rand Paul said No to paying federal workers. With a weak excuse of everyone should get paid or some such bullshite.
Fed workers PAID would free up TSA and air traffic control. So the democrats want travelers to suffer.
They should all be UNPAID in DC and not allowed to leave until they do their fricking jobs.

X grifters aren't known for accuracy. The purpose of the post was to slam Paul with an inaccurate explanation and misquote of what he actually said.
As always, listen to the actual words. At the 2:34 mark, Senator Kennedy says that Senator Paul is proposing exactly what Senator Johnson is proposing.

I was wrong. Rand didn't vote with Kennedy to cut their pay. in the govt shutdown. I have no idea if he backed Johnsons bill to fund govt workers, but it is meaningless, isn't it?
I have already expressed they all need to stay in DC with no pay until they do their jobs. How much of this is to freeze up Trump? The Ds will pack the courts and have no protocols yet the Rs don't return the volley and fight dirty ever, why?

Kennedys bill HAD NOTHING to do with paying all workers. It only asked that Congress stop their own pay until the shut down was over. Rand was the SOLE Senator to object to the Kennedy bill. Quit lying. Rand only tried to deflect Kennedy by offering Johsons bill instead. To which Kennedy replied that it would never pass
Guess what? Kennedy was right, Rand was wrong
Rand knew what he was doing. Just keeping his own pay flowing. Because that was the only result from Kennedys proposal
