Why does Ron Wyden talk like that? is something wrong with him?

If you have kids you constitute more of a cost to the government than someone who doesn't have kids.
Having children increases your cost of living which means you spend more income buying goods and services. This increases economic activity which by nature results in more taxable dollars in the economy.
quote:
Oh, you cost the government X dollars more than these other people
I don’t agree that the government should be in the business of raising children. They are extremely inefficient.
quote:
Have you experienced Baton Rouge traffic lately??
Perfect example of how inefficient the government is. If they can’t build roads how can they raise a hundred million kids.
quote:
The federal government should discourage population growth, not encourage it.
I’m getting a strong hint of genocide in that statement.

"Stephen Hawking says Earth cannot sustain current population growth rate."
LINK
If the population growth rate in the U.S. is dangerously low, why did Trump just cut legal immigration in half? ( acknowledging that Trump, as a result of being a real estate guy, sees things in a zero-sum manner. )

If Collins votes "NO", and that is the deciding vote, Trump will call her, "The Grinch who stole Christmas" all year.

How did the ANWR vote go?
This is what keeps Murkowski

They have the votes without Collins once McCain and murkowski were a yes.
Posted on 12/1/17 at 10:55 pm to Summer of George
If Murkowski votes no I could see Collins follow.
The ANWR vote is important to keep both

The ANWR is not a separate amendment. It is part of the bill.
Murkowski is a yes. Collins is a yes.
They have both already put out statements saying they have gotten enough concessions to vote yes.

Nothing to say other than you are wrong. Hawking is not someone I would put my faith in. You might should do more research.
