I’ll support Cruz as long as he is in the running. Love to see Trey Gowdy with some actual power, to see what he could do about the swamp. I like Jim Jordan, but I want to say he wimped out on something in the recent past. I always liked Jason Chaffetz as well. I don’t know if someone threatened to out some skeletons there, or what, but he beat feet all of a sudden. Pretty sharp guy, it seemed.

Zero appeal to independent voters. Would never win in a general election.

WTF is up with all of the BETA’s saying Haley? A woman shouldn’t even be the leader of her own house much less the leader of the greatest country the world has ever known.

Ideologically, either Rand Paul or Ted Cruz, but we saw in 2016 that neither of them seems to have the personality to resonate with enough primary voters.

Honestly, I expect Trump to be followed by another Populist of some sort, rather than someone with ideological consistency.

I'd gladly hop on the Randwagon. He needs to find a personality, though, or he will never win...unfortunately.

Read a lib opinion article the other day condemning the use of the word "unlikable" to describe female candidates because it's somehow sexist.

bullshite, it is. Cruz is as "unlikable" as they come. We can't help it if the vast majority of female liberal politicians come off as miserable human beings.

Except for Tulsi Gabbard.

ETA here is the article if you'd like to lose IQ points

You are asking the right question, but drawing the wrong conclusion. Clearly Trumps family is a non starter. Aside from the RINO/Democrat opposition they are the primary reason why he has underperformed in some key areas.

Despite the critical problems facing the nation, Crenshaw has been busy pandering to the log cabin Republicans. He is a non starter.
