1. Google will aggressively lobby to avoid being broken up, partly because it can't perform actions to censor and stifle untoward speech as a group of smaller companies; it would lack the resources. This is the first public acknowledgment that censorship/gatekeeping is a core goal of the company, rather than just a tool in its arsenal.
2. The first public acknowledgment of "product intervention" to fix algorithm unfairness. That is, manipulating search results so that they don't reflect reality when the company doesn't like reality.

That isn't what net neutrality was about at all. It had more to do with throttling bandwidth than the platform/publisher distinction.
