It's a video. It's worth watching I suppose. Give it a watch and see.

Bite me. I learned statutory interpretation in law school under Antonin Scalia. It's not a question of what you WANT the law to say, it's a question of what the law says.
The Liberation Day tariffs are clear violations of IEEPA. Maybe they can be justified under other authorities. I don't know, but the article cited by OP makes a compelling case that they can be. Huzzah

It was informative and shows that the Court procedure wasn't any kind of "judicial coup."

Is that where you learned to defend illegal gang members due process
We have another dipshite "lawyer" on here. The Law offices of SFP, Billmatt and Boosie. Top lawyers that spend ALL day on tigrrdroppings

Wait, you went to Law School?! Now it all makes sense, we have another resident “legal scholar” extolling on us the virtues of the Judiciary lol it’s like clockwork with you people

And are wrong 99% of the time. TDS is a helluva drug

You don't hate them enough. The "law" is screwing around with jargon to run up hours.
No matter how this turns out, lawyers will be making money. That is all that matters to them.

This will be easily overturned … don’t like it? …. get better lawyers …
Courts can only examine evidence that's in the record. Were those reports admitted into evidence? If not, don't lecture me about "better lawyers."

You have to excuse Ivory, only the best and brightest can get into and pass law school like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, and Letitia.

I thought it was an interesting enough vid. All the guy did was lay out the arguments. According to the TV judge, this will be appealed directly to the US Supreme Court.

Hate all you want. If we don't govern our Republic through the rule of law, what's your alternative?
Aren't you glad that the Bill of Rights protects your God-given freedoms?

Ivory has that unique combination of trying to appear non partisan while consistently siding with one particular persuasion while pretending to be the other in principle. It’s a trait that seems to be ingrained in law school

It’s funny how the “rule of law” only seems to apply to certain politicians. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison would be so proud!!

How was I wrong? Wanting the Constitution and laws followed is an inherently conservative position. The President needs better lawyers.
We are way beyond the Constitution my friend, especially when it comes to executive power. Both Roosevelts and Wilson did away with that pesky document (pun intended) while Congress, the courts and the people just watched.
People only use the Constitution has a hammer or shield when they want to get something but we are way off that document unfortunately.
