I agree, but when arguing from a "what should the government subsidize" POV, it's just a bit more difficult for same sex couples to reproduce.

Not off the top of my head..in modern history it hasn't been much more than an academic exercise for western civilization. I don't think that prevents me being able to point out a core tenet of left as articulated by Karl Marx.

eta. This has been fun, TT.

It's scary that the left's irrational fears are being so loudly articulated in this thread.

I sometimes think both sides are just playing some game of giant sociopolitical chicken. Just when you think the left's insanity can't be outdone, you get this.

They will be culturally, religiously, and linguistically Japanese 100 years from now. Japan will retain its customs, tradition, and history.

They will have unity in a unified people rather than the west's doomed experimentation with a dis-unified one that comes at the price of freedom, general cohesion, and safety.

Everyone on this board should read Pat Buchanons book " death of the west"

In order for a culture to continue, the fertility rate must be 2.1.. right now we are at 1.5

The child free culture amongst whites is getting absolutely out of control especially amongst the middle class and I'm just talking about americans.

It has to be nuclear disaster of epic proportions amongst middle class european whites.

European whites have been so emasculated by the world wars that it seems they are content with being invaded and replaced in their own countries. There's no fight left in Western Europe.

I'm sure there are exceptions. The ancient Greeks perhaps? But western civilization did have lots of influences. People moved around a lot and this led to exchanges of ideas and inventions and diseases.

Muslim civilization also borrowed heavily and a good argument can be made that the "golden age" of Muslim civilization, which liberal historians love to romance about, was mostly an illusion.

The left pic is retarded. The right pic on the other hand isn't crazy. I'm 27, been married almost three years, and we're no where close to wanting kids. We will eventually, but it is enjoyable not to have little ones to plan our weekends around.

Knowing what I know, I would not bring any progeny into this crap coming down. I feel sorry for the ones that follow us. White people have lost their "survival of race gene." That gene is alive and well in all other races. [quote]

Examples? Ancient Greece was pretty much a group of white pagans. This includes the Mycenean period of the Minoans as well as the later Hellenic "classical" period when Greece was invaded from the north by the Ionians and Dorians, etc. Yes, the city-states spoke different languages, but they were pretty much the same ethnically.

The same can be said of Rome. They were of the same stock as the Greeks. Rome did incorporate a lot of Germans from the north (that was their Mexico), but they were the same "race." A little taller and blonder, but still "white."

Since Rome, pretty much every European (western) country has had a huge white majority. Sorry, but I'm not seeing this rampant multi-race melting pot.

You have to separate out color (as in white) from ethnicity. For most of human history, people thought along ethnic lines rather than racial lines. Hence the ancient Greeks were split between Acheans, Aeolians, Dorians, and Ionians. Herodutus claims that the Dorians were the last to arrive and came from the north. The Dorian influence was so great that by 950 BC most of the Peloponnese penisula was speaking Dorian languages.

The Romans were descended from the Latin ethnic group, with the Umbrians in central Italy (I believe) and the Oscans in the North, as well as the Etruscans.

The Romans, when they went beyond the Alps, ran into a number of Celtic groups. Later the Migration Period saw German tribes move from Northern Europe south.

This type of movement was common in antiquity, so much so that modern France is made up of a wide variety of lineages, ranging from Occitan and Catalan to Breton and Basque.

If you attempt an anachronistic reading of history, it will confirm your bias, but the reality was that ancient peoples defined themselves, for the most part, along ethnic lines. These ethnic divisions still exist in Europe today, but can be seen along language lines, where the Bavarian dialect of German is nearly unintelligible to a non-Bavarian, and where language concerns could well split apart Belgium between its Flemish and Walloon factions.

Yes and I think people don't read enough history to realize just how much movement there was. People, tribes, armies. Always moving and spreading ideas and diseases.

Of course none of this makes me a fan of mass Muslim migration into Europe. But if the Europeans don't want to keep their own kingdoms, then that's just the way it goes. All we can do over here is not elect Leftists who want to open our borders to the hordes.

His world view is different than those who have kids. Middle class people with kids want the majority of the fruits of their labor to benefit their kids. Middle class people without children don't have the same concern. They are typically content to turn over the fruits of their labor to the Gov to distribute out to the entitlement class. While you and I work and invest our earnings to make sure that we groom future responsible adults....the Gov takes from us to fund the entitlement class as well. It would be hard for middle class and otherwise productive citizens to empathize with those who are raising the future burden carrying class.

Well the migrant crisis was a decade in the making. Lots of people to blame as well.
