Good. I would suggest making an appointment with a psychologist. And being honest with them about how hard you fell for this ridiculous conspiracy theory. And maybe do some real work around why it happened.
Your anger, detachment, loneliness, and sense of being powerless almost certainly brought you here. People with healthy psychological profiles don't fall for stuff like this.
I hope you can make some progress on your journey to self awareness and contentment. And I really mean that.
