My first grade son has known a particular child since they were in pre-k together. He’s used he/him and she/her pronouns to describe this child. I asked my son why he did that and he said the child is really a girl but wants to pretend to be a boy. Coincidentally, the kid’s family invited everyone from his class to a post Thanksgiving potluck so of course we went. Turns out the kid is a regular boy who knows he’s a boy with long-ish hair. His parents are great - very sweet family.

Guns are for grownups over the age of 18 to purchase. Books in elementary schools are meant for pre-pubescent children.

OP said nothing about phone usage so you're making some serious assumptions. Does she even have a phone? If so, I'd absolutely say it needs to be taken from her.
I agree with everything you say about the phone/social media, HOWEVER, she still needs to be immediately removed from public school. The solution to the feelings of isolation, hopelessness, and depression that so many teenagers feel now is exacerbated by social media, not caused by it. The only permanent solution to those feelings is a relationship with God, which would hopefully be heavily emphasized in a Christian school.
