Per Georgia’s SOS report, there were 7.2M active voters (and 405k inactive voters) on the rolls for the 2020 election.

No one cares about that. They aren’t even reading the article to see where GP got their number.

I await the SoS' statement on ~97% of Georgia's registered voters requesting mailed ballots.

Is this accurate reporting?

If so, call press conference

What a sloppy piece of shite report.

Their information could be correct. But it’s so sloppily put together that no real conclusions can be drawn from it.

Embarrassing.

Their articles usually appear to be put together by a 7th grader.

Being a bit more professional might help their image.

They don’t like media articles that don’t placate their narrative.

hate that the data is sloppy, but even with 7M registered voters why would 100% of them request a mail-in ballot? Doesnt really change the argument.....

I largely agree. But when you throw sloppy numbers out, they just get “deboonked” and you’ve lost the narrative.

Because they were main-in ballot applications, not ballots. GP / JJDoc strike again.

This will probably be the last GWP article I ever click on.

As you pointed out they were flat wrong on the number of registered voters, and then flat wrong about sending ballots out. Their linked source is the local NPR affiliate reporting they sent applications, not ballots. Thirdly, the numbers were for the PRIMARY, not the general.

This isn't journalism, it's garbage. 100% fake news.

We wouldn't, but Gap-Toothed Mammy made that happen in that illegal consent decree that Raffensperger sold us out with.

I guess I was one of the 200K voters that didn’t get an absentee ballot.

Neither of the other 2 eligible voters in my house did either.

Did you even read the article??

quote:

This comes from the Georgia 2020 Cares report on item 12 page 5 where the state claims over 7 million absentee ballots were prepared and mailed out in the 2020 Primary Election. The assumption is that this number was the same only a few months later in the general election in November.

Garbage source and reporting.

Serious question - did you check to see if an absentee ballot was requested in your name on the GA SoS website?

I would assume it wasn't, otherwise you would've had an issue when you checked in on Election Day. (Assuming that's when you went).
