Ok, grandpa. It's not like education costs (and student loans) have skyrocketed, housing costs have skyrocketed, food costs twice what it did 10 years ago, and young people entering the workforce have to compete both with AI and all the H1Bs the government keeps letting in, all while real wages are stagnating and the government stacks up 40 trillion in debt. They just need to go give the boss a firm handshake, or all go be plumbers.
Being the party of rich boomers telling young people "quit whining" is definitely going to work out well for the anti-socialists.
Bingo. For this being a political forum, many don't understand how politics works. This is why people are looking for alternatives.

Or, and hear me out, lack of parenting, lack of personal finance courses, indoctrination during school, and social media might have something to do.
Does this make a house affordable?

You are/were a big four accountant and can’t see what’s going on? That’s crazy.

What does make housing affordable?

“Gen Z, especially by now, just like wasn’t even raised with a lot of the assumptions that I think millennials were,” he added. “Seeing the condition of the world today, our government spending so much money on militarism and expanding ICE and giving tax cuts to the billionaires to the tune of trillions of dollars while public services are being cut for most Americans — it’s just like the contrast is really clear.”
Based on this paragraph, i'm sure the poll was unbiased.

That's the DSA socialist politician I think.

Looks exactly as the name sounds.
So, ok, the crazy democrats polled are in favor of socialism.
Gen Z as a whole does not. And using the POS vindman as an example...oh my.

Hey new guy... how does socialism and communism work? Have they figured it out yet? Will this time actually work?
Answer is emphatically no. It can never work for very very very obvious reasons.

correct, and all the gop is giving them are more wars. no attempt to fix things at home. so of course they are going to turn to something else.

I had nothing to do with enron, I worked in commercial, not oil and gas. I went on to D&T when AA folded.
I can tell you arent the brightest, if that's what you got from me working for the #1 firm in the world at that time.

I see exactly what's going on. Do I support all current policies? Absolutely not. I also realize the cards are stacked against......but at the end of the day there is either communism, or anti communism. I may not like everything but as I said earlier, it is still infinitely better than communism....and that is exactly where we are headed because of people like you....
Now wise guy, why don't you explain to me what's going on.

we're headed towards communism because boomers imported infinity immigrants and outsourced manufacturing and a lot of white collar work

1. Is our national infrastructure in better shape than 2008?
It should be. Tax payers footed the bill for many "shovel ready jobs" that never saw the light of day. I have been of voting age simce 1988. Crumbling infrastructure has been a campaign point for as long as I remember.

2. Is the middle class in better financial shape than it was in 2008?
It should be about the same across the board. Only issue is that all data says middle class has shrunk but upper class has grown, so middles are moving up.
quote:
3. Is there more social mobility for the lower class today than in 2008?
This is same as it ever was. More economic mobility here than anywhere else. How people feel do not change that. The data is set.

Alternatives? You are going to get communism....and thats on people like you and the dumbass woke qhite women. Unfortunately, it is coming, just like Europe....so while you are struggling and a loser, once you get communism you ain't losing it....and THAT is the DEM party of today.....any other party isn't going to have enough support....dumbass.
