Again true, but If I were assaulted tonight and needed emergency contraception to prevent getting pregnant, I can still get it in California. Freedom is a funny thing. It means a lot of different things to people

Are you seriously trying to lie and say Plan B is not available in Florida anymore? Please tell me you are not trying to say that.

We have a new family that moved in next door from California. Husband, wife and 6 kids. I asked them why and expected a transfer with one of the defense contractors. His answer was self employed and he had to get out of the Loony Tunes that California has become!

Speaking of yards, you can no longer water your lawn in Southern California thanks to the state doing such a poor job of managing their water situation. Think they are not serious about enforcing it? If you get caught using too much— the city will come to your house and install an automatic shutoff switch the next time you dare go over the limit (you would be shocked what a small amount it is per week that they allocating).

Dang. Propaganda works.

Ok.

1) I want to own a firearm. Which state has less restrictions?

2) I want to own a gas powered automobile. Which state is less restricted?

3) I want to build a home. Which state is less restrictive?

4) I want to produce a product and run a business. Which state is less restrictive?

Research if you don’t know. Don’t let propaganda work on you.

This is what freedom looks like according to the nurse in this thread.

Well, freedom means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. To some people freedom means being a grown up and making their own decisions. Some people want the freedom of never having to think for themselves or make a decision or have the pride of responsibility.

Advocating for the improved freedoms of communist California would indicate that moment has passed.

I think governor Newsom doesn’t even realize the state and local tax rate in his own state!

Our watering schedule in Fresno is based on the last digit of your address. Mine is an even number so I’m allowed to water between 9pm - 6am every Sunday, Wednesday & Friday. No limitations on the duration though. Last year I was caught watering during an off day and received a letter from the city warning me not to do it again or there would be a fine.

And to completely drive home that this is about control and not really about rationing water for everyone, they have outlawed rainwater collection.

Couple fined $1,500 for parking in own driveway

An article that was posted on the ot that’s very relevant to perhaps the most stupid comment ever made on this board.

California is fast becoming a totalitarian state, and how anyone can say that California is "free" is beyond me. The regulatory state in California is among the strongest in the country. The story about the individuals who could not park on their own "car pad" is illustrative of the regulatory state that is California.

That out migration from CA has to start hurting their tax coffers especially since Newsome has promised illegals free health care.
