The price of crude oil completely tanked back in March. It's slowly been going back up since then. That is good for the O&G industry in Russia, Venezuela, and Iran under the communist dictatorship in DC.

Yeah, the US oil and gas industry really thrives in low price environments.

So most of it happened under Trump's presidency.

It's gone up over 30 cents in South Cackalacky, which is where I fill up most of the time.

NC and it's punitive gas tax can lick my taint.

Nothing to do with the election. Supply is down so prices will rise.

Why is supply down? Why are they not hopeful our supply rebuilds rapidly like it has before?

That has VERY much to do with the election.

You think this massive spike in price is a coincidence, and EOs concerning the Keystone XL pipeline and cancelling drilling on federal lands (about 25% of our domestic product) have nothing to do with it?

At the local gas station. 1.60 to 2.11 in less than 3 months.

Good! I hope it gets to $10/gallon. Frick this stupid country.

Why does everyone hate the oil and gas industry and expect them all to work for nothing so they can have $1 gas?

It is useful when the idiots make themselves easy to spot, these days a sure sign is the mention of Keystone XL in any relationship with current prices.

So... Obama president and gas prices skyrocketed Trump wins and gas prices go down tremendously. Biden wins and prices rise sharply but hey.... keep finding other reasons and justifications because gas prices rising always correlate.

Try going back a few years... ME price per barrel rises and next day gas prices go up... coincidence...

Hey dipshit, you don't think the package of behaviors by this administration affects the future expectations for the price of oil, which are part of the current price?

Has demand suddenly spiked to normal levels?

Because that would be the only way that makes sense.

You’re giving the president way too much credit for oil prices. It’s commodity pricing, there’s a lot more that goes into it than who’s in the WH.

You DO realize that future production, availability, and cost of production and transportation VERY MUCH affect prices NOW, right?

Of course there is more but just overall optimism and market influence. Bad to raise prices under trump but ok under biden. It really is that simple

working on a project.

500 ft of 4" PVC went up an extra $500.

The suppliers says by next month the price will be double.

Construction costs going up. Thanks Biden. As if c ovid wasn't enough we have you to help provide extra layoffs.
