I think I’ve mentioned this before, but it may well that Obama is untouchable (we all know why) but if all the others go down and he remains untouched, then what does that say regarding his character? And credibility? He’d be the cowardly OJ of DC and the Nation; a hypocrite and a mockery as any voice of justice or righteous cause. Let him lie on a beach or yacht and show everyone his true colors.

This is why it was necessary for them to prosecute Trump. We needed that legal precedent of prosecuting a former POTUS. Obama is no longer untouchable.

Treason has no statute of limitations. However, seditious conspiracy has a 5 year statute of limitations. Since the seditious conspiracy is all connected and still ongoing, the statute of limitations won't be in play.
