This one is weird because Schiff was always playing this game to protect the whistleblower, but it really prevented Trump from being able to deal with an accuser.
And, oh, by the way, now that I am thinking about it -- I believe at the time, FBI was in possession of Hunter's laptop, which had exculpatory evidence.

I love her as respect her but so far nothing has gone anywhere and I’m firmly in the “I’ll believe it when people actually get arrested” camp.

I haven't sat down to read everything just yet, especially the actual referral. From the DNI release Monday
1) A CIA employee went to Adam Schiff with 2nd hand info regarding Ukraine Biden, pay to play with trump.
2) ciramella, the CIA employee then went to the IG AFTER visiting Mr Schiff. He did not disclose this to the IG.
3) Schiff repeatedly said he did not know who the complaint/whistleblower was.
4) IG changed the whistleblower rules prior to this occuring as it usually had to be 1st hand info. The IG testimony, he calls it a coincidence that looks bad
5) Schiff released every single deposition but One. This one with the IG. He buried it for years. Because he's a liar and should be expelled for what he's done.
That's a small synopsis. They ran an op with ciramella and the IG for the 1st impeachment. The phone call between Trump and Ukraine was completely warranted because of what Biden and his kid were doing in Ukraine with Burisma. That's not debatable. What's debatable is if Trump should have mentioned it instead of dealing with it more diplomatically, which is what most would have preferred.
Absolutely zero impeachment would have happened if everyone knew the WB was a Biden Ukraine desk CIA employee who knew the vindmans and went directly to the worst congressman on the hill

At the very least, Schiff should be censured. That only takes a majority vote in the senate. Make the media cover it.

The reason that Schiff and Vindman haven't been caught up in this yet is because this is all relating to the IC's handling of the whistleblower process. Schiff nor Vindman were Intel guys at the time and are therefore not caught in this...yet. This thing could expand when the DoJ takes it up.
