The original special investigation was related to the Whitewater affair, a business venture. The investigation ended up looking into and charging Clinton over the Lewinsky scandal

If I'm an ATF agent and I raid a house I've long suspected has been selling illegal weapons and laundering that money, and during that raid I see 10 kilograms of cocaine on the table, do I not report that to the DEA?
