re: Funny... within 24 hours of the Epstein files, we had wall to wall breakdowns

Why would an FBI agent make that statement?
Valid question. Sounds like we need a lot more evidence to judge
You just argued my point. Thank you

So irrelevant at this time.
Nice

Bad allusion attempt is bad
But I assume you're conceding you don't have any evidence to answer the question?

No. That's not what it means. Do better.

So a confession that wasn’t coerced isn’t good enough?
That’s an interesting take.

They didn't hide anything. They investigated and it wasn't viable
Interesting you say that...
Because all of the "tips" about Trump were also determined to not be viable, yet that didn't stop the reporting about it.
Because, you see, THAT'S what my post was about: the clearly different treatment by the media of very similar document releases from the government.

****DERAIL ALERT***
There is a literal BAG OF PAPER with INK.
Now if you're excusing peepeegate and russiarussiarussia hoax information...
Staying on track, the OP makes the greatest point. The MSM is not going to shine any light on their own corruption. They are connected. It is evident.

I brought this up the night of the speech. You're days late.
The Epstein story was something that the nation cared about. The irrationality and dishonesty you're posting about above was also not one-sided. Trump was a minor player in that story overall with all the people who had their lives derailed for simply being mentioned in the files (with no nefarious allegations).
Many threads were made on here counting scalps of those in the perceived out-groups who faced that fate.

People cared about the Epstein files across the population
People don't care about this election stuff in 2026
Go back to my LITERAL first words responding to your OP

Had Trump come with something of substance (like the QTards believed), it may be different. But this was just another nothingburger over a story most of the country has tuned out due to 6 years of no direct, credible evidence and lots of nothingburgers.

The word you're looking for is "analogy"

You do realize I dismissed those just the same, right?

What corruption of "the MSM" did Trump give direct, credible evidence of in his speech?
He vaguely referenced some who allegedly god paid money by China, without any names or evidence. He also ignored what was in the documents about countries like Russia and Israel.

That's where you're wrong.
It was a story that the national media cared about (and the Dems when they thought they could wrap it around Trump's neck). A smaller number of actual Americans cared about that story than the MAGA and Q-tards you referenced.

Oh OK. This is where we ignore evidence based in reality and refer to the vague conspiracy.
Next you're going to do the emotional melt thing where you talk about how the country is doomed, I guess, as that's your schtick

For those keeping score at home...
The point made in the OP has been conceded by the board contrarian, but the clear and unmistakable difference in the treatment of these two stories has been excused basically because "people cared about Epstein, but not about election fraud."

I made the point 1-2 days ago, as I said in this thread.
We saw this with the Epstein files being released bigly

The interesting about people on here is that they cared deeply about the Epstein stuff until Trump started telling them not to
