should a "vaccine" mandate be imposed. They recommend making them fire you.

When they get ready to fire, if they do, then they will offer 2+ months pay, if you sign a "will not sue".

Make them fire you.

DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB

As the mandates are increasing and the “deadlines” fast approach, YOU SHOULD NOT QUIT YOUR JOB. Do not be fooled if your boss says you must resign. Make your boss fire you and do not sign anything or agree to anything that says otherwise. Do not agree with “voluntary resignation.” If you are fired, you are eligible for unemployment. Anything else and you are not.

If you are fired, you place the costs back on them and you get or you fight for unemployment benefits. Let them experience the burden associated with their choices. Avail yourself of any government dollars that have gone to support those previously unwilling to work. Use all tools and resources you can including the CDC’s unlawful mandate to halt rents, etc. We suspect you ordinarily would not take advantage of these systems, but these are extraordinary times.

In the last 18 months we have watched the Communists in America radically change the definition of simple words in their efforts to strip away our rights. Words such as “vaccine,” “herd immunity,” and “cases” have literally been redefined by the Communists to support this power grab. By changing the traditional definition of just four words, these usurpers were able to create, in the minds of the media and the public, a frightening global emergency. Do not allow these tyrants to crush what remains of your rights. Do not “agree” to be fired.

We are at the “delta” variant. The last variant is totalitarianism.

Stand Strong. You are the Hero you have been waiting for.

Instructions to people interested in a religious exemption. READ CARFULLY!

All persons have a right to a religious exemption under USA law if they hold a “sincere religious belief.” It is incorrect that any other “proof” is necessary. No particular faith, theology, action or inaction is required. However, it must be a belief that is sincerely held by the individual. While in normal times, religious beliefs are not challenged, in the current climate, it is possible that should a dispute arise, perhaps between an employer and an employee, both sides might suggest evidence that supports or contradicts that.
Here we have gathered essays on the subject of religious concerns regarding vaccines. We encourage all people to thoughtfully read through all these essays and determine if any/several sincerely apply to themselves as an individual. This is an individual exercise. We provide this because we know it is difficult to articulate and/or defend these beliefs. However, this exercise is yours alone.

You can and/or should use this material to support your own statement of your own sincerely held religious beliefs. We have provided this material in word doc format for your convenience, however it would contradict your assertion that your belief is sincerely held if you were for example, to broadly copy and paste another person’s or entity’s beliefs. Certainly if a sentence or paragraph or reference speaks to your heart and soul, that is acceptable to copy, which is why it is provided in word doc format. The authors have all given their permission and/or the statements are in the public domain.

If you are having to assert your sincere religious belief, you must do this work on your own, using your own thoughts and own words. Those words are based upon your own contemplation and your own research and AFLDS is happy to assist you.

They’ll fire you for cause. Insubordination and such.

Not saying I agree.

Unemployment Really doesn’t mean shite to us here in Louisiana when the max benefit is $258 a week. I’ve been working for 22 years since college and never filed even when my got laid off. What’s the point?

That’s a lot of beer per week.

Although getting fired for cause wouldn’t qualify one for bennies, I don’t think.

Sadly, this information is not correct. If you're fired for misconduct relating to your job, you may be disqualified from receiving benefits. For example, if you're fired because you intentionally violated workplace rules, willfully disregarded your employer's interests, or willfully disregarded the standards of behavior your employer expects from an employee, you may be disqualified from receiving benefits.

Bottom line -- if your employer institutes a vax mandate and you refuse and your employer fires you, you will likely face an uphill battle. Sure, you can file your claim, but your employer will contest it and given the current state of the law, you will likely lose. And there's nothing that Jeff Landry will be able to do to help you.

They were approving everyone for unemployment last year in Missouri. Took longer if you were fired. But you still got it.

I agree but will anybody be shocked when they rule the unvaccinated ineligible for unemployment benefits?
