Nah.
Oil probably needs to come up another 10-15%.
That whole "oil at 75" and everyone's happy was based on 2019 dollars. In 2025 dollars oil needs to be about 85-90.

I know we have them. We have not built a new refinery since 1975.... the government refuses to refuse any new permits to do so.

Heavier crudes can be sourced from places other than Canada. That said, the US expanded its ability to refine lighter crudes by 250KBD at an XOM site in Texas just last year.
