The jihadis generally aren’t patrolling the streets looking for victims. Your one week of safety there doesn’t match up with the years of incidents we have.

As a frequent flyer, this scares the shite out of me. Someone sitting in a pickup at the end of the runway taking down the biggest plane he can find during takeoff.

Thanks. Now it's going to take a full 4 mg of Xanax to get me to London.

Might we suggest, perhaps, some 10mg Valium instead?

Why are so few rocket launchers used in Mass Shootings?

I had zero issues whatsoever, and I walked pretty much everywhere in the city and used the tram every day to get to and from work. I felt more safe there than I ever have when walking in New Orleans.

well sure. I saw plenty of Muslim women in full burquas in London last year and had no issues. But 36 terrorist attacks in different parts of the country in less than 3 years is just not something I want to put myself or my wife in the middle of right now. Odds are there would be no issues, but it's still no a risk I'm willing to take all things considered. It's not the constant fear of being a victim of a crime, it's more so the concern of being one of multiple victims in an orchestrated attack that no one sees coming.

I don't think it works like that. To take down a plane you are going to need something with a guidiance system. Maybe that is what they got, but I doubt it.
