I don't see any such categorization. This is not a "refugee" map, it is a Muslim map. There have been millions of Muslims in Europe for hundreds of years who are citizens of European countries. The map is anti-Muslim. Don't make it something that it isn't.

This is exactly right. France has accepted a paltry number of refugees in comparison to Germany. The majority of the crime in France is mostly committed by North African immigrants or second and third generation French North and West Africans.
Germany accepted far more refugees than France, and the crime map in Germany is paltry in comparison. It's also rather sparse in England too.
I'm also somewhat skeptical of the method. I don't know what the color coded symbols mean, but the red one in the middle of Poland just links an article about Hungary refusing to ratify a migration convention. The one in the center of Germany links to an op-ed, with the apparently real crime reported in Rennes, not in Germany.

The vast majority of Muslims in Europe are either descendants of people on work-visa programs started in the 60's (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands), or from former colonial possessions (France, England) or regular immigrants.
