My issue is not as much with what Trump said versus the lengths Fox News hosts have to go to defend him by attacking something completely unrelated and nonsensical. They literally baby Trump at every point. It's ridiculous.

It's obvious that you don't really watch them. If you did, you would have never made these comments quoted.

Per non partisan research, Fox News is almost 50/50 on Trump. 46% of the reporting is negative on him. Were as CNN and MSM are 94% negative.

NOBODY is babying Trump.

A Special Council made up of democrats and people out to get rid of Trump could not find a link to charge him with ANYTHING!

George asked him a basic question, and the Prez told the world that he would commit a felony and behave in a treasonous manner.

Saying and doing are 2 entirely different things. Saying is not a crime. Doing it maybe. However... it was not done per Mueller.

How can anyone defend conspiring with a foreign government in our elections?

YOU TELL US!!! Your Ma'am spent millions on foreign OPPO RESEARCH. Your PARTY of choice did too. The Friggin IC by passed certain laws to gain foreign oppo on Trump and his People!!!!!

How friggin shity are you?

Tomorrow, the President can walk out and say:

quote:

I tell ya.... I guess I was wrong. I can't TAKE foreign oppo research. Per Pelosi, Schum, and the whole of the DNC , that would be illegal. I just thought it was OK because THEY DID IT DURING THE LAST ELECTION AND HERE IS THE STEELE DOSSIER AND MONEY TRAIL.

HRCs emails say hi

But it's flat out swampy for DJT (and any POTUS) to solicit information as he is

Does the term "Steele Dossier" ring a bell?

So.. is it bad or not? The door swings both ways. Trump is just like the dems or it's no big deal for both parties.

Seph is not a journalist - he is a DEMOCRAT attack dog.

His main mission is to ask hypothetical questions that can be manipulated afterward to appear as 'hard news" and it works on imbeciles like you.

I agree that Trump was dumb to allow Steph anywhere near the WH - He'd sooner invite Sidney Blumenthal.

Fox has 52% negative coverage of Trump, and you low-education, low-information, useful sheep consider that “state news”. You are a caricature. Sad.

Only if you're claiming Trump told midgetgeorge he'd willingly conspire with foreigners to spread dirt on his opponents ... and pay big money for it.

That swinging door just hit your argument in the arse.

Strange distinction when we are talking about the POTUS actively soliciting foreign oppo research/dirt on his political opponents.

If it is wrong then it is wrong for everyone.

Link?

Passively listening to =/= actively soliciting. Sorry.

Face it. Your side has been effectively painted into the proverbial corner on this issue. The purveyors of this document are either going to have to admit that the dossier was either "foreign opposition research," or a phony document created to illegaly obtaining FISA warrants on a presidential candidate and those associated with his campaign.

“There’s nothing illegal about it,” he said. “Somebody could say it’s improper. And this isn’t foreign policy — I’m asking them to do an investigation that they’re doing already and that other people are telling them to stop. And I’m going to give them reasons why they shouldn’t stop it because that information will be very, very helpful to my client, and may turn out to be helpful to my government.” - Rudy G.

It was foreign opposition research. Good thing she lost.

Now what about Trump soliciting this same type of information?

Probably. I took a pen home the other day on accident and forgot to return it.
