A county judge?

yes,, But not in the way that most of you are thinking as a judge that you've seen when you've gone to trial for drunk driving or public urination

A county judge in Texas is an administrative official ,like Governor of the county or the mayor of the county

They do have the authority to rule in a trial judge Roy Bean was a county judge in Texas In Texas the county judge is the highest-ranking state official in the county . In some of the smaller counties the county judge does actually rule in probate cases . But criminal and civil cases they are called district judges

Think of it more like a Parish President.

Billy Nungesser before he became Lt Gov.

I really don’t want any construction on 11th cause it was so annoying to deal with when they did all that

But I drive between shepherd and Yale 10+ times a week and have seen maybe 10 people riding those bike lanes in a year or so since they were completed.

On the other hand it will make /r/Houston melt if he rips them up so that would be funny enough

I've known Mike Wynne for many years. He is an excellent attorney.

For the Louisiana folks, think of a combined parish president / parish council chairman

That freaking dot Indian & his cronies are nothing but crooks... and some of the dumb asses in our county thought that he was a member of the George family of the George Ranch, George Library, etc., and voted that crook in. I can't wait to see him behind bars.
