It's the fricking Chinese!!! They have their tentacles everywhere! Thanks Clinton's. That's where their ascent to global domination began.

Even if the Nimitz incident was the very first encounter, then it is decades old. It CANNOT be another nation's technology.
I can anticipate your next question: "Ace? How can you be so sure?" Because if any other nation had it, it would have been impossible for them not to use it in a nefarious way to gain an advantage. Impossible because of human nature.
So, the only plausible alternative is an "alien" intelligence. I'm hearing buzz that it might be "cohabitants" of the planet, an incredibly old intelligence that lives deep beneath the oceans (which are incredibly underexplored considering how much we know about the Moon and even Mars, FFS, compared to our oceans' deep reaches).
Whether they came here from another place or developed prior to the common terrestrial area remains to be seen.
The fact they've spent a solid 3 or 4 years paving the way for the revelation, "This stuff is real and it isn't ours" is also sort of telling what is to come.

No, where are the industrial facilities under the ocean?
The ocean floor is much deeper in places than Mt. Everest is tall. For every acre of dry land there are roughly 2 acres of ocean floor.

You know there is a lot of pressure down there at 15,000' below mean sea level. And we have submarine guys who can hear a whale halfway across the ocean. Where did they get the dilithium crystals to power these things for instance?
You are describing engineering problems that either we haven't solved (or are unsolvable). Obviously, whoever was operating the Tic Tac has solved something we cannot yet. So, while I must take your incredulous sarcasm at face value, I'm just offering my analysis of what is and the implications of any report that is already telegraphed as concluding, "It isn't ours."
I don't even buy the "deep below the ocean" without more corroboration, but that makes sense even if they are from another planet. Explains their presence for a period of time (perhaps centuries) without better proof.
Let me put it this way - if the Tic Tac is confirmed as absolutely authentic (and Navy flyboy hasn't been fricking with us) AND it isn't ours, it's alien to 21st Century human existence on the surface of this planet.

they do them out of Cherry Point as well. Triangle formation for the aircraft.
Bright orange flares.
helicopters 100 feet over water.
some kind of antisubmarine exercise

Never been to Roswell, but I did deliver a load of hay to Clovis once. Unloaded it in the front yard of a doublewide trailer. After that, since I was in the area, I went up through Ft. Sumner and I was gonna go see Billy The Kid's grave, but it was down this little road, and I was worried that I couldn't get my rig turned around anywhere, but anyhoo, in that part of the world, they will tell any tall tale that they can come up with, so they can get you in a position where they can pick your pocket.

Ace, the Mariana trench is 35,000' deep. I know the ocean is deep. Sea water weight 8.5 pounds per gallon. Stack up 35,000' of it and building stuff could be a hassle. But we have sent submersibles to those depth. The aliens would have better equipment. But damn they are quiet. Again, I look forward to any revelation they give us in June. But let's hope they just come clean. As Jack Nicholson said: "You can't handle the truth"! So maybe they will just bollshite us.

Also a beach that only military were allowed on (2 actually) where the beachcomber units play and drill. Were my most favorite beaches Vah Bch wise. It occurred to me in a story I won't say that dolphins are a very intelligent species.

Certainly. Think how much trouble it was to move literal tons of anything overland before the railroad. Take a farmer from 1750 and show him how farming is done today and we might as well be on another planet or thousands of years in the future.
Once an engineering problem is solved, it's solved (generally) until a backslide (Bronze Age collapse, Fall of Rome, etc.) If an alien species solved that with a near infinite power solution (for propulsion/water/food/most things) and a metallurgical solution to deep water or other construction challenges, then they solved it. If they came here, they likely broke the light barrier or found a work around. If they could do that, what you're describing - operating at ocean depth and concealing themselves generally (albeit imperfectly at times) would be child's play by comparison.
I hope they "come clean" as well, but with their history on the issue we'll likely never be able to fully trust anything in the report, however mundane or explosive.

Subs can't go nearly that deep. It has to be one of those bathyscaphs like the Trieste. Subs don't go much deeper than 1000 meters.
Actually 300 meters or 1000'

Concern. Worry. Possible threat...
But not 1 damn bit of info relating to what it actually IS.
I sense this is little more than yet another distraction. A teaser before the " REPORT ", coming out in a couple of weeks.
Maybe.

Triton Submarines 36000 feet depth (10972 mètres)
American sets new record with deepest submarine dive and this was in 2019.
ETA it was marketing hype because someone in the comments said what i was thinking... how can they have divers at that depth?
So they didn't do it or they can't show it.

Why did they rename them UAP's?
Because the “UAP” is for all unexplained phenomena, not just objects. It also makes it more “scientific” by leaving the door open that it’s not actually an “object,” but something else
ETA: the declassified report was always due by June of this year, so we’ll see if that comes into fruition.

Remember it was Trump who ordered it declassified before he left office. So the "report" was being drafted back then. That's why Rubio and all those guys saw this intel in the first place. Rubio was impressed enough to call for more investigation.
This makes you wonder why this is the first Rubio or the intel committee had seen any of this. That can only mean it is classified at the highest levels.

I'm talking about a different navy flyboy, David Fravor who tracked/saw the Tic Tac in 2004.

There is no way in hell these are drones or from China. China can’t even build a dam or a microwave that isn’t a piece of shite. Yet they somehow created a spaceship that bends space time?
