It's much like the Iranians facing their missile dilemma. They already know they're in a losing situation, so do they waste the existing ammo they have, or do they try to keep their powder dry knowing that it's a losing effort anyway?

I would hazard a guess that that little trick wouldn’t work quite so well for him as perhaps has in the past. To put it mildly. Interest would wane.

The entire July release was hidden documents
The House special Intel report was locked away in a safe at CIA for over 4 years.
That stuff was partially released to the public. I can't imagine the classified stuff we haven't seen. Like the coms between the analysts pushing back against the steele dosier and the coms of the upper level leadership.
Like I mentioned earlier. Clapper isn't going to risk going to jail at 84 years old. He's the guy that sent the "team player" email. That's public. Just a slight breeze in the wind comparing the entire situation.

Exactly. And as Q said from the beginning, FISA works both ways. All of their comms were captured as a part of the surveillance dragnet. Boosie knows this. It's all in the hands of the NSA at a minimum. Tulsi has access to all of it.

Building the case to take down an organized criminal organization takes time. Lots of folks committing multiple acts over and over. Some actors will do extensive time, for sure. I often wonder what the over/under regarding the suicide rate among them might be.
